Based on a book by Chris Van Allsburg (who also authored Zathura), Jumanji is a board game that comes to life with each roll of the dice. When a couple of children (Kirsten Dunst and Bradley Pierce) begin to play, they accidentally unleash jungle animals, a great white hunter and Alan Parrish (Robin Williams) -- a young man who has been trapped in the game for the last 26 years.
