Violence: The film is full of excessive, brutal, bloody violence. People are murdered with firearms, bladed weapons, and improvised weapons. People are decapitated, stabbed, slashed, and shot. People’s limbs are severed and bones are broken. Teeth and jaws are broken with hammers and crowbars. A man is shot in the groin, with extreme bloody results. A person drags a cheese grater across people’s skin. A child is hung from a rope and his tongue is cut out; a hot poker is put in his ears. There are scenes of transformations and nightmarish imagery with some detail.
Sexual Content: There are a few sexual references.
Profanity: The movie has high levels of profanity with over 50 sexual expletives and 20 scatological curses as well as over two dozen other profanities.
Drugs/Alcohol: People smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol. A child and adult use hallucinogenic drugs and there is visual manifestation of the effects.
