David isn’t the only boy to have his life disrupted by conflict. When a Jewish couple and their son are taken to a concentration camp, the father convinces his young child that they have been chosen for an elaborate game and helps him believe that Life Is Beautiful, despite their situation. Three Australian Aboriginal girls are taken and placed under government care. Determined to get back home, they undertake an incredible and perilous journey in Rabbit-Proof Fence.
