Still single and with her biological clock winding down, Kassie Larson (Jennifer Aniston) decides to get pregnant using artificial insemination. Carefully choosing Roland (Patrick Wilson) to be the donor, Kassie goes ahead with her plan -- unaware that her friend Wally (Jason Bateman) switched the sperm specimen with one of his own.

Violence: A child is seen watching a very violent cartoon.
Sexual Content: Frequent discussions about conception and sexual innuendo throughout. A man accidentally dumps a cup of semen, intended to impregnate a woman, down a drain and then decides to replace it with his own—we see the very beginning of this activity. A man in a live performance is seen naked from the rear and, framed in a blurry background shot, from the front.
Language: A few mild profanities are heard, along with frequent terms of deity throughout. A made up word that is a replacement for a sexual expletive is heard repeatedly.
Drugs/Alcohol: Frequent social drinking is portrayed. A man drinks to the point of intoxication in order to suppress his misery. A man, who is said to be a doctor, is briefly seen smoking what looks like marijuana at a party where he is about to perform artificial insemination.
