Here is additional information on sex, violence and profanity in Mr. Woodcock...

Making light of the abusive tactics of a physical education teacher, this film contains many moments of adult-to-child and adult-to-adult bullying, usually involving or resulting in slapstick sports violence. Of note is a scene in which a young boy is forced to strip to his underpants in front of his gym class and then is ordered to do chin-ups. Another scene has a teacher hitting boys in the groin with a bat to see if they are wearing protective sports clothing. Scatological and sexual humor is also frequent, with many moments of innuendo and use of crude references to describe sexual anatomy, and a couple of scenes depict the sounds of sexual activity. Language includes frequent mild and moderate profanities, one use of a sexual expletive and racial slurs.
