What’s New For Families on Netflix - January 2015

Procrastinators take note. If you snooze you’ll likely lose your chance to watch that movie that you’ve been meaning to take in on Netflix. Contracts with film and television distributors are for a limited time. Of course the good news is that Netflix is continually adding content with the hope that you will never be tempted to hit the “Cancel My Account” button.

Parents may have a tough time finding new titles on Netflix to share with their family, so we thought you might like a special reminder list that is specifically oriented toward family viewing—with an occasional later evening choice for parents after the kids have gone to bed.

Here’s what’s new in January with links to titles we have reviewed…

101 Dalmatians
Batman & Robin
Bruce Almighty
Cast Away
The War of the Worlds (1953)
Deep Impact
Ghost
Marty
Sabrina
Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit
Chef (heartwarming, but watch out for profanities…)

Final note to our non-U.S. readers: Netflix offers will vary significantly depending on the country in which you live.
