Violence: An undead woman harbors a demonic being and helps a sadistic clown slaughter people with firearms and bladed weapons. There are scenes of supernatural horror. Gruesome violence includes flesh being pulled from the faces of still living murder victims. A killer nails a man’s hand to the ground and attacks him. A killer ties a man up, freezes his limbs with a fire extinguisher, and smashes the limbs with a hammer. A woman’s hands are smashed with a hammer and she is forced to open Christmas gifts with her damaged hands. A tube is forced into a woman’s mouth and rats are shoved down the tube; they eat her throat before her throat is slit open. People’s heads and limbs are hacked off with axes and chainsaws. People are frozen with liquid nitrogen. Explicit, gory violence includes scenes of injury detail and blood. Dismembered limbs, flayed skin, and severed heads are seen. An undead woman devours a dead person’s intestines. There is an explosion in a crowded public location which causes serious injuries, including missing limbs. Men are shot in the neck and forehead, with bloody injury detail. A chainsaw is inserted in a man’s rectum, vibrating and slicing through his intestines.
Sexual Content: A bloody masturbation scene involves an undead person and a shard of glass. A graphic sex scene includes breast and buttock nudity.
Profanity: There is frequent use of sexual expletives and a crude term for female genitalia.
Drugs/Alcohol: There is a scene of cocaine use. A person drinks at a bar.
