There are repeated bloody scenes of people being shot, with visible, bloody injuries. A man is flayed and his body is seen after the skin has been removed. People are put in traps, beaten, dismembered, drowned, suffocated and shot. People are restrained and tortured. There is a graphic scene of a man being electrocuted. A woman has boiling wax poured on her face. A man is tied up as his blood is drained from his body. Another man is chained while crushed glass is shot into him until he dies.

Profanity: There are over 160 profanities, including multiple uses of the sexual expletive, scatological curses, and crude anatomical terms.
