News About "Lowriders"
Lowriders follows a family of Mexican decent who are living in the US. The father, Miguel Alvarez (Demián Bichir) is deeply involved in the world of lowrider cars. His son Danny (Gabriel Chavarria) doesn't share his passion for car culture. Instead he wants to be an artist, and he spends his free time spray painting graffiti in the neighborhood. Miguel's other son, Francisco. aka The Ghost (Theo Rossi), has caused great shame because he has spent time in jail. The plot focuses on the trials of these characters and their efforts to find rebuild build family ties.
