A couple of old classics re-release this week as well. My Fair Lady stars Audrey Hepburn as the poor flower peddler who becomes the subject of a bet between two old friends. Professor Higgins believes he can change this “gutter-snipe” into a lady simply by teaching her how to walk and talk like the women in high society.
Those pointed earred characters from Gremlins became popular on toy shelves after Steven Spielberg’s movie released in 1984. But if you are a parent who wants to bring this movie home for you own kids, you might want to watch it on your own first. This little monsters get into big trouble and end up in some gory messes before this film ends.
I Origins and Calvary are two R-rated movies also coming to home theaters this week.
