Comic-Con Fans Get Peek at New Star Wars

Comic-Con fans in San Diego were treated to a special behind-the-scenes look at the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens on the weekend. The film is directed by J.J. Abrams, written by Lawrence Kasdan and produced by Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy. After the screening, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamil and other cast members joined the filmmakers on stage.

While there is little worry this sequel hasn’t already captured the attention of audiences, the 3.5 minutes of filming footage helped build even more hype for the new movie that releases December 18, 2015.
