Joel (Jason Bateman) is sexually frustrated at home and tired of the routine at the flower-extract plant that he manages. But the arrival of a sexy young "temp" employee (Mila Kunis) at work may bring a perfume of excitement into his life in a concentration too strong for him to handle.
