Star Wars Re-release 2013

If it doesn’t seem like it was long ago that you last had an opportunity to see the Star Wars galaxy, you’ve right. The franchise has been re-packaged and re-released several times since the original films debuted on the big screen.

On October 8, 2013, the movies again release to home video, this time in two packages.

One offers the early trilogy (although later story line) made in the 1970-80s:

Episode I: The Phantom Menace,

Episode II: Attack of the Clones

Episode III: Revenge of the Sith

The second offers the more recent episodes (that are a prequel to the first series) made in 1990-2000s:

Episode IV: A New Hope

Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back

Episode VI: Return of the Jedi.

Each of these packages offers a 6 Disc Combo Set (3 Blu-ray +3 DVD), along with an audio commentary for each movie (on the Blu-ray copy) taken from archival interviews with George Lucas, the cast and crew.

So if you are longing to revisit the amazing sci-fi world created by George Lucas, look no further than your local video retailer.
