Christmas Comes Early With Critics Choice Nominations

12 Years a Slave and American Hustle both earned 13 nominations for the 19th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards.

Christmas is just around the corner but for some in the movie industry the celebrations have already started. This week the Broadcast Film Critics Association (our reviewer Rod Gustafson is a voting member) announced the nominees for this years 19th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards. The winners will be named at a live ceremony on January 16, 2014 at the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards.

The movies American Hustle and 12 Years a Slave tied for the most nominations. Each earned 13 including nods for Best Picture. The other nominations for this year are as follows:
