On April 29, 2014, Twentieth Century Fox is releasing The Rodgers & Hammerstein Collection on Blu-ray.

Written by the talented Richard Rodgers (music) and Oscar Hammerstein (lyrics), these six movies first enjoyed success as musicals on Broadway before being adapted for the big screen.

The movies included in this 8-Disc set are:

• State Fair

• Oklahoma (One version filmed in Todd-AO and another in CinemaScope)

• Carousel

The King And I

South Pacific (The Theatrical Version plus the Extended Roadshow Version)

The Sound of Music

Special Features offered:

- Sing-A-Long version of The King and I.

- Behind-the-scenes features for Oklahoma!

The King and I and Carousel (originally shot in CinemaScope55) feature 4K digital restorations. Oklahoma! boasts a 4K restoration made from an 8K scan of the 65mm Todd-AO film elements remaining from the original road show version, which had an unusual frame rate of 30 frames per second.
