Great Grandparent Movies to Watch Together

  Call them Grandma and Grandpa, Granny and Pops or Nana and Papa. Whatever moniker you give them, grandparents can play an important role in every family.   National Grandparents Day has been recognized in the United States since 1978 and is held on the first Sunday after Labor Day.

  To celebrate the holiday, we’ve found some of our favorite grandparent movies to watch together.

  For older audiences, In Her Shoes introduces a pair of bickering sisters who   don’t believe they have anything in common until they both show up at the home of their estranged grandmother. She helps them see their relationship from a   new perspective.
