Illegal immigrants are disrespectfully treated, denied wages and forced to accept jobs where safety standards are ignored. Authorities make arrests using physical force, such as tackling and hitting with batons. In one scene a warning shot is fired from a gun. A character throws a beverage at police officers. A man cries out in pain when he accidentally gets pesticide in his eye. Although it is not explained in the dialogue, it is implied that a man wants to sell a child. It is also visually suggested that some provocatively dressed females work in the sex trade. Male characters are seen wearing boxer shorts. Some mild and moderate profanities are heard, and terms of deity are infrequently used as expletives. A woman is shown smoking. Men drink beer while watching a football (soccer) game.
