Here is additional information on sex, violence and profanity in Sucker Punch...

Violence: Children mourn the death of their mother. A girl scratches her stepfather’s face to ward off his sexual attempts and later accidently shoots her sister while trying to stop him from raping the younger girl. (Some blood is shown.) Girls engage in fistfights in the institution and are subjected to inhuman treatments and humiliation. While attempting to rescue another inmate from abuse, a girl holds a knife to a man’s neck. Characters engage in gratuitous video game-like violence where others are shot, beheaded, stabbed, punched and kicked in battle settings. A girl slits open the throat of a beast and reaches inside. Characters are chased by a fire-breathing dragon and killed in explosions. A man grabs a girl by the hair and pushes her against the wall. Another inmate is stabbed and dies, and at least two are shot in the head in front of their friends. (The killings are not portrayed onscreen.) A man is stabbed in the shoulder. Numerous corpses are seen.

Sexual Content: Female characters frequently wear skimpy or provocative clothing. A man apparently plans to rape a child. A male character throws himself on a female prisoner. One girl shows another around the rooms in a brothel and discusses what they do in those locations. Men repeatedly ogle over a girl while she dances. Sexual innuendo and a couple of brief kisses are also included.

Language: The script contains about a dozen mild and moderate profanities, and one veiled use of sexual expletive.

Alcohol / Drug Use: In a drunken state, a man attempts to abuse a child. Characters drink on several occasions while at work, for entertainment and in a club setting. One character appears to be intoxicated. Medical personnel use drugs to sedated a girl against her will. A man smokes a large cigar.
