Synopsis:
Taking some license with Shakespeare’ script, this Tempest puts Helen Mirren in the lead role. As Prospera, she and her daughter Miranda (Felicity Jones) are banished to a remote island. But that does not stop the sorceress from stirring up trouble, or making an enemy of a slave named Caliban (Djimon Hounsou).
The Tempest is rated PG-13: for some nudity, suggestive content and scary images.
Director: Julie Taymor
Cast: Helen Mirren, Felicity Jones, Djimon Hounsou
