Synopsis:
SSgt. William James (Jeremy Renner) has just been made the team leader of an elite group of soldiers whose job is to defuse bombs and explosives in the Iraq War. His fellow officers (Anthony Mackie and Brian Geraghty) are a bit afraid of this appointment, as the see James as risk taker willing to ignore the safety protocols of an already incredibly dangerous job.
The Hurt Locker is rated R: for war violence and language.
