Synopsis: Whether downsized, laid off or fired, losing a job is a hard thing to endure, especially for people like Bobby Walker (Ben Affleck), whose sense of identity is tied to his career. Following his plight for one year, this movie explores how unemployment affects him, his family, his community and his former co-workers. This film also stars Tommy Lee Jones, Kevin Costner, Chris Cooper, Maria Bello, Craig T. Nelson, and Rosemarie DeWitt.
