Making the Grades

The MPAA has rated Charlie Bartlett R- for language, drug content and brief nudity.

Special Note:

Charlie Bartlett portrays teen characters in a high school setting, but because we only review G, PG, and PG-13 movies at Parent Previews we did not review this R-rated title. For your convenience, we have provided some brief information about the film's synopsis and content.

Synopsis:

Charlie Bartlett (Anton Yelchin) has been kicked out of every private school his wealthy parents can afford to send him to, so the teenaged con artist finds himself slumming it in the public system. Here he tries to fit in and make friends by playing the role of psychiatrist to fellow dysfunctional students, dispensing everything from advice to illegally gained prescription medications.
