My husband and I were really looking forward to this movie, as the previews showed an action packed semi-comedy of a woman not realizing she married a spy. And THAT is all true…but was NOT made clear was the amount of graphic violence that would be showed. The fact that not knowing which of the many neighbors shown would end up being a “bad guy” was quite the adrenalin rush, but I found myself having to duck my head and close my eyes for a lot of it, because I did not want the images of graphically seeing someone murdered imprinted in my memory forever. There are also a LOT of blatant sexual references made in a disgusting manner by a co-worker.
I think it would have been a pretty good movie had they taken those two things out. DEFINITELY do NOT recommend this movie for kids. There was a man behind us in the theatre who had brought about 7 kids (about ages 7-10) with him, and they were all laughing at the gory killing scenes. Not exactly the next generation of Americans I want running the country!
