This is an excellent film, but not appropriate for youth. There are complex social/moral themes at play, and lots of gore and violence. Beware, because this is the ‘cool’ movie right now, so tweens/teens (especially boys) will have heightened interest in it! Not suitable for under age 16. See my review at: www.youtube.com/gabndad

I thought the movie was pretty good and the plot was original. Kind of nice to see a movie were the aliens aren’t the evil ones. I wouldn’t recommend for younger kids since there is a lot of use of the “F”, although in the South African dialect it doesn’t sound like the actual word - more like “Book” with an F instead of a B. Lotsa blood and guts but no nudity.
