The Brooke Ellison Story
Based on a true story, this movie chronicles ten years in the life of Brooke Ellison (Vanessa Marano/ Lacey Chabert), who suffered a spinal cord injury as a child that left her paralyzed from the neck down. Rising above her disability, she pursues her dreams of a university education. This made-for-TV movie was the last project undertaken by actor/ director Christopher Reeve (who was also left in a quadriplegic state after a devastating accident). Get the movie review and more. »
