Kat Ellis (Debra Messing) is so desperate not to show up at her sister's wedding without a date that she hires a male escort (Dermont Mulroney) to pose as her boyfriend. Predictably, in this "something borrowed" script, her plan works like a charm on her family and herself -- despite her professed disgust for Nick's sex-for-hire occupation.
