It appears some people are born with exceptional powers---like the ability to move objects with their mind, read other's thoughts or see the future. Believing such traits could be useful, a secret division of the US government is rounding up these talented individuals. But there are two young adults who refuse to be part of the plan (played by Camilla Belle and Chris Evans) along with a wayward teen (Dakota Fanning).
