Based on the video game Dungeon Siege, the movie In the Name of the King follows the quest of Farmer (Jason Statham), a man who is trying to rescue his wife was from the Krug. Because these brutal kidnappers are under the control of Gallian (Ray Liotta), an evil wizard with plans to overthrow reigning King Konreid (Burt Reynolds), Farmer soon finds himself caught in the middle of their struggle for power.
