George "Ice Man" Chambers (Ving Rhames), a top ranked heavyweight boxer, is sentenced to a jail term. Once behind bars, he meets Monroe Hutchen (Wesley Snipes), who is the prison's best boxer. With a little bit of encouragement from the other inmates, the two face off to see who will be the Undisputed champ.
