In this Disney Channel movie, Izzy Daniels (Corbin Bleu) plays a boxer with little respect for the sissy pastime of skipping rope. Then the girl of his dreams (Keke Palmer) asks him to fill a vacant spot on her Double Dutch team that is preparing for a citywide championship. Suddenly the teen discovers he has a real passion for the challenging sport--but what will his friends and family think?!

Female characters often wear shoulder-baring shirts and shorts.
