A.I. Artificial Intelligence
After the loss of their son Martin (Jake Thomas), Henry Stinton (Sam Robards) tries to comfort his grief-stricken wife Monica (Frances O'Connor) by bringing home an organic-based robot (played by Haley Joel Osment) programmed to bond with a human mother. But the experiment goes unexpectedly wrong when an unforeseen medical breakthrough changes the relationship beginning to grow between the Monica and the mechanical child.
