After watching a movie with your children or students, we encourage parents and teachers to look for education opportunities to teach with movies. Here are a few discussion topics that can help with lesson plans or teaching in the home.
Memnon claims he is trying to establish an era of peace, but his tactics are harsh and violent (think of the soldier who showed fear). Does a lack of dissidents equal real peace? Can you think of other historical leaders who have ruled with the same brutality? Do you think their people felt at ease under their leadership?
