After watching a movie with your children or students, we encourage parents and teachers to look for education opportunities to teach with movies. Here are a few discussion topics that can help with lesson plans or teaching in the home.
How is the portrayal of elderly people and the way they interact with younger people, unusual compared to other movies? How are elderly characters typically depicted? How stereotypical is the portrayal of religion or the character’s commitment to their faith?
