After watching a movie with your children or students, we encourage parents and teachers to look for education opportunities to teach with movies. Here are a few discussion topics that can help with lesson plans or teaching in the home.
What problems do countries face when trying to establish a democratic form of government? Why is it so difficult to break the cycle of tyranny and anarchy? What basic needs of the people must be met before a government can create long-term peace within its borders?

Kerry Bennett is interested in media from both a journalist and parent perspective.
