Following a brief scene of childbirth, a baby is abandoned by his father and raised in a home for the elderly. One senior resident goes outside without clothes on and another smokes in bed. Several characters die from old age. A “boy” visits a brothel and hires a prostitute. He also goes to a bar where he drinks with other patrons. Other couples engage in or discuss sexual activity. Comments are made about unmarried and lesbian relationships. A naked couple is seen on the beach. Characters frequently drink and smoke. Several characters are killed during a battle with enemy soldiers. One man’s bloody chest is exposed. Dead bodies are seen floating in the water. Strong language, including two sexual expletives, and numerous terms of Christian Deity are used. A dying woman is given medication for pain relief.
