Why Is Yes Man Rated PG-13?
Carl’s continual consensus causes him to drink heavily, get in a fistfight and spend a night visiting raves and consuming energy drinks. He also snorts hot sauce. Later he engages in sex with an older neighbor (clothed sexual activity is seen). One character falls down a set of stairs and another threatens to commit suicide. A woman unintentionally points a gun at others. Characters drive recklessly and are involved in a car crash. A man faints in a meat processing plant. The script contains frequent crass comments, sexual innuendo, slurs and profanities including a strong, sexual expletive. Buttock nudity and a naked audience are briefly seen.
