Why Is The Seeker The Dark is Rising Rated PG?
Fantasy action violence includes mythical creatures and some unkind ravens that attack a young boy as he seeks for hidden signs. Snakes, medieval warriors, cock-fighting bar customers, falling icicles and a knife-wielding boy also threaten the hero. Alcohol is served in social settings and a brief term of Deity is used.
