Why Is Like Dandelion Dust Rated PG-13?

Violence: Police arrest a man, force him to the ground and handcuff him. A battered woman is shown with various injuries and bruises. A dog bites a man’s face. Angry characters argue, threaten and try to bribe one another. A scuffle turns into fist fighting, groin kicks and facial blows. A woman and child are threatened, as well as verbally and physically abused, which results in fear, bruises and facial injuries. Security guards pull guns on characters.

Sexual Content: A married couple cuddles on a bed (the man has an open shirt). A mild sexual insult is heard.
