Female and male nudity is also included, as are scenes of sexual activity. Explicit close-ups of a baby about to be born are shown. Drug use is prevalent and portrayed as being humorous and harmless. Language includes dozens of uses of the sexual expletive along with many other mild and moderate profanities and frank sexual discussions. Social drinking of alcohol is seen in some scenes. Derogatory comments are spoken regarding homosexuals, Jews and Muslims.
