Why Is Dreamer: Inspired by a True Story Rated PG?

Those considering this film for little ones should be aware it contains the depiction of a track accident where both a horse and jockey are injured. The plight of the horse and a perilous ride will also be of concern. Other issues include discussions of getting a stud for breeding purposes, a few mild profanities, some prejudice remarks, betting on the races, a child drinking coffee to help her stay awake, and some minor disrespect for parents.
