Why Is Cow Belles Rated Not Rated?
Two well-heeled sisters blithely spend their father’s hard earned cash with no understanding of the value of money. Their thoughtless disregard for others results in some property damage, lost productivity and selfish acts (these incidents sometimes include slapstick style antics). A young man’s bare chest is shown when he is getting dressed. A couple of kisses and handholding between teenagers are depicted. Fraudulent activity is discussed. Some name-calling and bullying occurs.
