Why Is Casanova Rated R?
Casual attitudes toward sexual relationships between men and women create the greatest content concerns in this film, although we are left with the impression the protagonist reforms to a more traditional lifestyle in the end. A couple of sequences depict sexual activity with sounds (including a shot of various pairs of feet extending over the edge of a bed implying multiple sexual partners) but no overt nudity is seen.
