Why Is Are We Done Yet? Rated PG?
Moving from the city to a house in the country is just the start of headaches for Nick Persons who is electrocuted, falls through a porch roof and suffers other mishaps during renovations. At one point he chases his contractor with a piece of wood and yells at him. He also experiences some brief marital and parenting discord with his new stepfamily. A bird is accidentally killed with a nail gun. The script contains a few mild innuendos, brief profanities and a portrayal of a man in a bar guzzling alcohol.
