An obsession with the novels of Jane Austen has left Jane Hayes (Keri Russell) unsatisfied with the men of her own time. So a resort offering a Regency Era experience has the Pride and Prejudice fan packing her bags in the hopes of a life-changing vacation.

Violence: Characters infrequently wrestle and slap one another. Characters engage in target practice with stuffed birds and animals. A TV show depicts a man being shot: cheesy blood effects are seen. Characters pull a man away from a woman after he makes an unwanted pass. A comedic accident with an arrow leaves a character with an injured eye, which has to be patched with gauze.

Sexual Content: Couples kiss frequently and often passionately—occasionally these amorous actions are unappreciated. A clothed man and woman lie together and exchange kisses and embraces. Another woman lustfully kisses a man and presses her body against his. A male character uses several excuses for removing his shirt and exposing his well-toned torso. Female characters are occasionally shown in corsets and bloomers. Women wear gowns that expose their cleavage. A married man makes an unwanted pass at a younger woman, and a married woman carries on a flirtatious relationship with another man. Characters engage in sexual banter, make some crude remarks and the sing a song about taking their clothes off.

Language: Infrequent mild profanity and scatological slang is used. Some name-calling and a mild racial slang term are heard.

Alcohol / Drug Use: Characters drink alcohol in social settings. A character smokes a pipe.
