Mamas don’t let your babies grow up to be movie stars! Two of the females cast in this movie have enjoyed young stardom. Vanessa Hudgens became a household name when she played Gabriella in the High School Musical franchise, and Selena Gomez was an after-school staple in Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place. She also starred in the family friendly Ramona and Beezus, then played a slightly more rebellious character in Monte Carlo. The other two, Ashley Benson and Rachel Korine have been slowly working their way into show biz (Ashely since she was two-years-old). So why is it that breaking into serious acting has to include such a complete loss of innocence?
