Nim’s Island

A family of superheroes head to a secret location on a tropical island to rescue their dad from a super bad villain in The Incredibles. Like Galileo in this film, Lassie is another exceptionally smart animal that ultimately saves the day.

Travel to Nim’s Island with this DVD release. Presented in either widescreen (2.35:1 aspect ratio) or full frame versions, the disc packs along two audio commentaries (one by stars Jodie Foster and Abigail Breslin, and the other by directors Mark Levin and Jennifer Flackett), three featurettes (Nim’s Friends, Abigail’s Journey and Working on Water) and deleted scenes (where you’ll meet some of Nim’s imaginary friends). Audio tracks are available in 5.1 Dolby Surround (English) and Dolby Surround (Spanish and French), with subtitles in English and Spanish.

Nim’s Island is also releasing on Blu-ray Disc. This version offers the widescreen presentation on a single-layer disc, with 5.1 DTS HD Lossless Master Audio (English) and Dolby Surround 5.1 (Spanish/French). Subtitles are provided in English and Spanish. Bonus materials include all of the extras found on the DVD, plus Nim’s Spyglass BonusView Mode (a picture-in-picture playback so you can simultaneously watch behind-the-scenes production footage and cast/crew interviews) and interactive games (Write Your Own Alex Rover Adventure, Coconut Soccer Game, Seaside Shuffle Shell Game and Nim’s Island Trivia Track).
