Monsters, Inc. releases to Blu-ray in a combo pack that includes a DVD copy and a DisneyFile digital copy of the feature film. Audio tracks are available in DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 (English) and Dolby Digital 5.1 (English, Spanish and French), with subtitles in English, Spanish and French.
