Love’s long Journey is part of a larger series that is available on DVD as The Complete Love Comes Softly Collection. Hallmark also produced another series of movies about a pioneer family called, Sarah, Plain and Tall. Irene Bedard, who plays the part of the LaHaye’s neighbor, lent her voice talents to the title character in Disney’s Pocahontas.
