An old medicine cabinet and key have magical qualities that bring plastic figures to life in The Indian In The Cupboard, another time altering tale. Honey I Shrunk The Kids also features a group of kids who get into trouble when they meddle with Dad’s work (coincidentally, Zak’s mom—Julie Sweeney—plays the mother in that film’s sequel, Honey I Blew Up The Kids), while Spy Kids offers a sci-fi “kids-know-best” theme. For teenage viewers, Director Jonathan Frakes’ other movie credits include Star Trek: Insurrection and Star Trek: First Contact.
