Beastly

Based on the fairytale Beauty and the Beast, popular playboy Kyle (Alex Pettyfer) has his good looks taken away by the spell of a witch (Mary-Kate Olsen). And he'll stay as ugly on the outside as he is on the inside unless he can find someone to fall in love with him. Perhaps that will be Lindy (Vanessa Hudgens), a girl capable of seeing beyond face value. Get the movie review and more. »

How We Determine Our Grades

Walt Disney brought this fairytale to life in the animated Beauty and the Beast. The idea of seeing beyond a person’s outer appearance plays a part in Shrek and the more mature movies The Man Without a Face and Shallow Hal. Vanessa Hudgens can also be seen in High School Musical, Alex Pettyfer in Alex Ryder: Operation Stormbreaker and Mary-Kate Olsen in New York Minute.
